Our fields of expertise

Based on 4 main production themes, ACTIPLAY offers its expertise in many fields:
-Production of internet sites and promotional video games (advergames)
-Development of casual and serious games (training) for public and private companies, administrations and institutions.
-Modelling of industrial processes (nuclear power plants, chemical, construction and automation industries, etc) and/or various operational hardware (turbines, machine tools, etc).

With ActiSku, ACTIPLAY can provide its unique 3D merchandising expertise to marketing departments of large corporations as well as to research and development groups. It is used to design virtual 3D stores and planograms as well as to perform large-scale, real-time, on-line consumer behavioural analyses.

ACTIPLAY takes off to seduce Silicon Valley with ActiSKU

ACTIPLAY takes off to seduce Silicon Valley with ActiSKU The region of Montpellier has selected ACTIPLAY to participate in its Hi-Tech Road show In Silicon Valley between 12-18 October. Bennet Holmes, Business Development Director will present ActiSKU, ACTIPLAY's leading edge 3D virtual marketing solution, to a panel of experts including Silicon Valley most celebrated Frenchman Jean-Louis Gassée.

The aim of the mission is to introduce companies to the business culture of the Valley and set up top level meetings with some of big names in the valley (Hewlett Packard, Cisco, Microsoft, Nokia Silicon Valley Research Center, IBM, Intel, Sybase, Google...).



To prepare the trip, the six companies have worked hand-in-hand with an American consultant, a respected and talented VC and serial entrepreneur in Silicon Valley, to prepare their US business strategy.
The mission includes a day at the almost mythical Play & Plug incubator, one of the world’s most successful incubators.

Laval Virtual International Trophy

Laval Virtual International Trophy For cinema there are the Oscars... and for Virtual Reality there are the Laval Awards! Awarded every year for the past ten years at Laval Virtual one of the most important international events in the field these trophies are given for the best 3D creations and innovations. On April 11 2008 ACTIPLAY received the Laval Award in the Business and Services: category for its ActiSku tool for 3D online virtual environment surveying. OSEO / ANVAR - LA recognition Twice  in 2004 and then again in 2007  ACTIPLAY qualified as an Entreprise Innovante (Innovative Company) by OSEO (ex Anvar). With this label  the Agence Nationale de Valorisation de la Recherche  recognises the innovative character of the products and technical processes offered by ACTIPLAY.

Expediting development

Expediting development FUNDRAISING
ACTIPLAY just finalised significant fundraising of 765K Euros; through SOPROMEC BARIO and AVENIR FINANCE. The goal of this financial operation is to expedite development of our 3D online merchandising software platform and to reorganise the company's capital.

SUPPORT FROM OSEO
ACTIPLAY receives support from OSEO to finance a Research and Development program for our 3D merchandising area in the amount of 400K Euros;. ACTIPLAY, which already has 25 employees, will have to recruit around a dozen more employees in 2008 to support this program.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION
ACTIPLAY had a growth of 80% over 2007 with a gross margin of more than a million Euros.
